12 Celebs Over 40 Reveal Their Secrets To Stay In Great Shape

Have you ever imagined what you look like when turning 40? Your 40s can be years when you’re just as in shape and active as ever. As getting older, our metabolisms begin to slow down, and lower estrogen levels can cause insulin sensitivity, which can increase your cravings for unhealthy foods. Furthermore, life is already hectic enough for us to fit in working out and consistently preparing healthy meals.
The same goes for celebrities. Although celebrities can afford high-end products or services, many have simple habits that keep their body looking better than ever at any age. It’s really impressive that some don’t ask for the help of nutritionists, personal chefs, and trainers.
Below are 12 celebrities who share their favorite way to get in shape after 40.
