Woman Called Out For Serving Her Mother-In-Law Dog's Water, But Redditors Seemed To Have Fun With It
The relationship between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law is not easy and comfortable for everyone. And this is no exception to the woman in this post!
The woman who goes by milwateraita on Reddit explained her awkward situation with her mother-in-law. The MIL is upset with her and her husband for using the "dog's water" to top up her glass. She believed they were "trying to poison her with dog germs" and refused to drink it.
The woman doesn’t see any problem with it as the water is clean and the pitcher literally just holds water. Therefore, she took to the “Am I the A**hole” (AITA) subReddit to ask users if she and her husband were wrong for not apologizing to their MIL, or if she was overreacting.
She asked "AITA for serving my MIL the dog’s water?” and then explain everything that happened to make sure she is not missing something wrong.

However, people seemed to have fun with it, jokingly responded, and gave OP the judgment of AH.

Despite being accidentally labeled as YTA, most Redditors sided with OP. They think that the pitcher is just a water delivery device, there’s no contamination.
