Accents can be affected by where people live or the way they speak up. They need to do the character's accent during filming. And Hollywood movie studios are more than willing to hire foreign actors to portray American cultural icons. Batman, Superman, and Spiderman have recently been played by British actors. They use regionally specific accents to reflect exactly the character in each film’s context. It plays an important role in convincing the characters.
But not all actors are good at acting with accents. Some actors can create a believable character that no one realizes they are adopting to fake accents. But sometimes it may seem like a challenge for actors to deal with the required accent in the film. 
It’s really hard to define exactly which accent is bad or good. I think it’s good but you may disagree. Anyway, here's the list of the worst and best accents that celebrities have adapted to their roles. Feel free to share your thinking!
