Fans Asking For Ben Affleck's Batman Movie By Parking Billboard Truck At Discovery Headquarters

As many of you already know, after the release of Batman v Superman, Ben Affleck began developing a film dedicated to his Batman which he would initially write, direct, produce, and of course star in. However, the actor decided to abandon first the script and then the directing work. Eventually, he even stepped back from the role of the Dark Knight.
Despite this, Affleck still decided to reprise the role of Batman for the movie centering on The Flash. His action has in fact sparked the hopes of fans, who have been dreaming of his own standalone film for years now (perhaps on HBO Max, since its executives said they were interested in the project).

Although Affleck did explain that he had abandoned the big Hollywood project and that The Flash movie would be a farewell to the character, fans still launched the hashtag #MakeTheBatfleckMovie to attract the attention of producers and perhaps persuade the actor to continue with this role.
Ahead of the merger between Discovery and Warner Bros., his fans even rented a billboard truck and parked in front of Discovery's New York City headquarters, inviting the company to produce Affleck's Dark Knight movie!

Specifically, their billboard reads: "David Zaslav and Discovery… We request that you please make Ben Affleck's solo Batman movie, which is a key chapter of the SnyderVerse. Embrace the DC cinematic multiverse and offer Ben Affleck full creative control for the best Batman movie ever made."

This is actually not the first time Snyder and Affleck's fans show their support for them with such flashy initiatives. At the time of Zack Snyder's Justice League, they even rented a plane to tow a #ReleasetheSnyderCut banner over the Warner Bros. lot.
