Foster Parent Refused To Euthanize Puppy Born Without Front Legs, Offered Him A Normal Life Instead
Approximately 390 thousand shelter dogs are euthanized in America each year. These are too sick or disabled, which means they are hard to live a normal life and get fewer adoption opportunities. Luckily, the disabled pitbull in this story didn't meet that fate. A kind-hearted couple brought him home, raising him with love and patience. They changed his life forever.
This pit bull is named Nubby, he was born without front legs. His mother couldn’t feed him, his brothers pushed him out. He stayed hungry and got many health problems. These things seem too much for a newborn puppy. The vets suggested the owner euthanize him so that he doesn't have to suffer hardships anymore.
Nubby has grown up in the care and love of his adoptive parent. He started opening his eyes, gaining weight, interacting with his owner, and even trying to bark.
