Redditors Defend Man Who Was Asked To Take Out Trash And Pick Up Dog Sh*t By His Boss

Someone once told me that: "A good leader must first be the one who respects others". I think, yes, respect is the priority in all relationships. If we want to be respected by others, we must respect them.
Recently, a man has posted on Reddit to complain about his boss who asked him to take out the trash and pick up his dog shit. He works as a laborer for a plumbing construction company. His boss, as he said, was an authority man and disrespectful to others. He and his co-worker were screamed at in 45 minutes for two weeks just because they didn't do what the boss never told them to do. This is so ridiculous. And this post received over four thousand upvotes, and a hundred comments were sharing the same situations and calling the boss: a piece of f*cking sh*t.
