With a mission to push for a world of fairness and diversity, Creative Equals, a devoted organization that has been helping millions of talented women to come into creative departments and stay by providing them training, mentoring, and support. As the organization’s founder and CEO Ali Hanan stated that 89.5 percent of design directors are male and it can affect a brand’s identity, on women’s day, the organization called many companies to replace their logos with female characters in order to draw attention to the issue of unbalanced media branding.
