It’s hard to create a design that is perfect enough to please everyone. Some designers intentionally plan to design things that are both functional and unique. And they really nailed it. Meanwhile, some designers apparently do not even know how to do their job properly, or they are so careless to review what they just bring to the world. Consequently, they create horrible architecture designs that are disasters waiting to happen. People will never understand what’s on their minds and why these epic fails were approved in the first place.
