Mistakes make us human. When it comes to a job, to be fair, we all make mistakes, no matter what kind of job it may be. We know some types of products are mass-produced in factories, so it is unavoidable to have errors, sometimes. And yes, we can accept some of that. However, even products made by humans, we often see mistakes here and there. And at this point, we can admit that some human-made mishaps are unimaginably bad. We just have no idea why they can mess up their job so terribly as if they do not need it anymore.
