Many of you must have discovered your favorite comics and even grown to be fans of the creators as the comic boom has dramatically developed. You’re in for a good treat if you enjoy browsing comic books. Andres Colmenares, a Colombian illustrator, started his artistic path late in life with heart-melting art!
Andres moved to Miami in 2008 to attend college, and in 2009 he began creating adorable animal illustrations. He’s done art with references to religion or politics but they got intense enough to be gotten rid of. He loves reading amusing comics that other people can identify with, after all. His ‘Wawawiwa’ series was inspired by his desire to build a place where people might have a good time and put their problems behind them. It may have already occurred to you that many of these cartoons include little to no text, so the interpretation that each reader makes of them will be unique.
Andres is very active on social media. He constantly posts adorable and wholesome comics to help us forget about our problems. Besides comics, he also worked on a graphic novel, “When Sharks Attack with Kindness,” about Shark, Avi, Guy, and a large ensemble of sea creatures.
