5 Stars Going To Rehab At A Very Young Age

Young individuals who become renowned frequently become enmeshed in an overwhelming party scene. Teenagers also lack completely formed brains that aid in navigating choices and consequences. Sadly, this often leads to celebrities ending up spending time in rehab when other children are obtaining their driver's licenses or going to prom. The five youngest celebs to enter rehab are listed below. You'll see a pattern of people entering treatment for nebulous reasons:

1. Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan had already gone to rehab twice before turning 21. She served her first sentence in January 2007 and her second, for driving while intoxicated, in May 2007. She was taken into custody a third time for cocaine possession, DUI, and driving while her license was suspended less than two weeks after her second rehab stay.
She issued a statement saying, “I am not blaming anyone else for my conduct other than myself. I very much want to be healthy and gain control of my life and career and have asked for medical help in doing so.” Since then, Lindsay has spent three more times in treatment, but she now appears to have discovered a means to avoid getting into trouble.

2. Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez, our popular singer, entered the Arizona rehab facility Dawn of Meadows for two weeks in 2014 when she was just 22 years old. Gomez’s representative said, “Selena voluntarily spent time at Meadows but not for substance abuse.”
Meanwhile, the singer claimed herself, “It has become clear to me and those close to me that after many years of putting my work first, I need to spend some time on myself in order to be the best person I can be.”
According to reports, Selena visited the center for emotional problems (some people think that her relationship with Justin Bieber was a big part of that). She declared on IG, “I’ve done everything I could to the best of my ability. Thank you for the unconditional love and cyber hugs. You inspire me,” after leaving the Arizona rehab facility.

3. Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato is a different pop star who entered rehab at an early age. When she was just 17 years old, she joined a three-month rehab program for "mental and physical problems." For reasons related to her weight and body, she nearly returned there in 2013.
Lovato admitted to US Weekly in 2014, “It’s been difficult. I almost went back to rehab for my eating disorder last summer. I was obsessing over food and terrified of it at the same time.” She has become a vocal supporter of body positivity over the last several years.
“It helps to remind myself how far I’ve come,” Demi continued. “I recently saw pictures from my first tour, and I spent that whole summer performing in the heat in a red leather jacket because I was ashamed to show my arms. And that was when I was 105 pounds! This tour, I’ve had the confidence to show my arms at every single concert. It may seem like a small thing, but for me, that’s huge.”

4. Drew Barrymore

Drew Barrymore was a professional actress before she was even a year old. According to Wikipedia, she grew up way too quickly and spent a lot of time at Studio 54 as a young child, smoked cigarettes at age nine, drank alcohol by the time she was eleven, smoked marijuana at age twelve, and did cocaine at age thirteen.
Her mother enrolled her in a rehabilitation center when she was only fourteen. She even made an attempt at suicide. Fortunately, Drew found sobriety, authored an autobiography titled Little Girl Lost about her experience, and later enjoyed a significant career turnaround.
She shared in an interview, “I went to hell and back. But I wouldn’t have it any other way. Then I wouldn’t be in the position I’m in happy about life and comfortable in my skin. Everything is fate.”

5. Kelly Osbourne

Kelly Osbourne, who starred in Fashion Police, has visited rehab four times. She entered it for the first time when she was just 19 years old and returned the following year. It's a family problem because both her brother Jack and father Ozzy have gone to rehab.
Around the time she entered rehab for a third time, Kelly told People magazine, "I have to take every day as it comes. This is a disease. I was born with it. I’ll die with it.” She is, nevertheless, cautiously upbeat. She said, "I just want to be happy. Anything is better than the way it was.”
She began attending "food rehab" in 2014, a new form of therapy. After breaking up with her fiancé Matthew Mosshart, Kelly put on nearly twenty pounds and checked herself into a weight-loss facility.
