In today's era, fueled by the power of social media and the emergence of "tweakments" – cosmetic procedures with minimal downtime – we are witnessing a remarkable transformation in the realm of plastic surgery. While many still go under the scalpel in secret, there is an encouraging surge in women who are embracing transparency and speaking openly about the modifications they have made to their bodies.

For countless years, the mere mention of plastic surgery or Botox was met with hushed whispers, particularly within the glitz and glamor of Hollywood, where a rigid concept of "natural" beauty has reigned supreme. Join us as we delve into the stories of 11 notable figures who fearlessly share their transformative journeys.

Iggy Azalea opened up about getting a nose job and breast implants and said, "I'm not denying it. Denying it is lame."

She also talked about her breast augmentation. “I love them so much I had to talk about them.… I’d feel better not to have some secret. It’s much freer to say it and then you don’t have to worry someone will dig it up.”

But it came down to a really simple thing: I wanted to fill out a bikini.”

In perhaps one of the biggest culture-shifting discussions on injectables, in 2016, Jenner revealed on her app that she had gotten lip injections. “As of now, I only have lip fillers...But I’m also someone who says ‘never say never.’ If, down the line, I get to a point where I’m really uncomfortable with something on my body, I’m not against changing it,” she wrote.

In 2009, Williams discussed her breast implants on an episode of her show. “Our son did not know I had breast implants,” she said. “So I sat down and went through plastic surgery with him. And it was great, because I was able to let him know that when his dad met me, I was completely natural. The beauty of my story is that ‘Your dad met me as a frog and I have transformed myself, because I wanted to, into a swan.’” She stressed, “I wanted the body that matched my personality. And the body I have now matches my personality.”

In 2013 in the Saturday Evening Post, Kudrow discussed the nose job she got at 16, which she called “life-altering.” “I went from, in my mind, hideous to not hideous,” she said. “I did it the summer before going to a new high school. So there were plenty of people who wouldn’t know how hideous I looked before. That was a good, good, good change.”

When it comes to injectables, the House of Cards actor has nothing to hide. “Everybody fucking does it. I suppose I can’t say ‘everybody’ because I don’t know for sure, but come on…. It’s just the tiniest sprinkle of Botox twice a year. I think most women do 10 units, but that freezes the face and you can’t move it. This is just one unit, and it’s just sprinkled here and there to take the edge off.... Perhaps it’s not wise to put that in a magazine? But I ain’t hiding anything.”

Kaley Cuoco recalled getting breast implants as the "best decision [she] ever made." “I had no boobs!” she explained. “[The surgery] really was the best thing ever! I always felt ill-proportioned. My implants made me feel more confident in my body. It wasn’t about trying to be a porn star or wanting to look hot and sexy.”
