Taylor Swift Had Conflicts With These Celebrities, But Where Are They Now?

Songbird Taylor Swift has a history of feuds. We all know that Kanye is where the major conflict began. Following him, others have publicly attacked the singer, raving on everything from blogs to Twitter.
But why fight with a good-looking artist?
As it turns out, Taylor Swift's fans adore her because she never holds back when it comes to speaking her mind. As a result, whenever she notices something is off, she will mention it. She has amassed an army of haters among her "fans," as well as a group of A-list celebrities who can't stand her because of her outspoken attitude and, of course, a few shoulder brushes here and there.

Joe Jonas quickly began dating Camilla Belle after splitting from Taylor. Taylor was inspired to produce the song "Better Than Revenge" about the actress as a result, which, in retrospect, seems a little icky and slut-shameful.
Although Camilla didn't officially react on the song, she did make a sneaky remark about Taylor in a tweet. Furthermore, Katy Perry said after Nicki Minaj and Taylor joined the feud, “Finding it ironic to parade the pit women against other women argument about as one unmeasurably capitalizes on the take down of a woman.”
This was met with Camilla Belle's response, "Couldn't have stated it better myself."
We are not sure if they ever patched things up because it was nearly the last time we heard about this "fight." The inclusion of "Better Than Revenge" on Taylor's Speak Now re-recording will be intriguing to watch, though, given how many people, including Swifties, have criticized the song's problematic lyrics.

2. Demi Lovato

Back at the time Selena Gomez was brought up in conversation in 2009, the Disney star responded, "Ask Taylor!" and their "beef" was born.
Demi has poked fun at Taylor occasionally throughout the years on social media and in interviews. Taylor shouldn't be referring to herself as a feminist, she said in a 2016 interview with Glamour. "I think that having a song and a video about tearing Katy Perry down, that's not women's empowerment," she said.

3. Karlie Kloss

Let's stick to the facts since people have different opinions regarding this. Basically, Taylor and Karlie were great friends for a while; they even appeared on the Vogue cover in 2015. However, following the Kimye controversy, it seemed like Karlie sided with them rather than Taylor, and the friendship broke down.
Some fans believe that Karlie is the subject of the album's opening track, "I Forgot That You Existed." Take everything with a grain of salt, though; some people seem to believe that "Dress" is also about her, lol.
Again, not much is known in the public concerning the couple's breakup, but it is certain that they are no longer friends. Karlie and her sister both "liked" Taylor-disparagement tweets.

4. Damon Albarn

Even though it was only a passing fad, this story grabbed headlines earlier this year. In a January interview with the Los Angeles Times, Gorillaz frontman Damon Albarn made the implication that Taylor didn't actually compose her own music.
"Some of the greatest singers — I mean, Ella Fitzgerald never wrote a song in her life. ... A really interesting songwriter is Billie Eilish and her brother. I’m more attracted to that than to Taylor Swift. It’s just darker — less endlessly upbeat. Way more minor and odd. I think she’s exceptional," he said.
He later apologized, claiming that his words were misinterpreted after Taylor tweeted that his comments were "completely false and SO damaging" considering that she was the primary writer on each and every solo song she had ever released.

5. Calvin Harris

Before splitting up in the middle of 2016, Taylor and Calvin dated for almost a year and a half. The duet "This Is What You Came For" was released by Calvin and Rihanna in April of that year.
Following their breakup, it was revealed that Taylor co-wrote the song with Calvin using a pen name and added backing vocals to the recording.
He blamed her for revealing the information to win the public’s heart, writing in a tweet: “Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage, though. … I know you’re off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy [Perry] ETC but I’m not that guy, sorry. I won’t allow it.”
He apologized for his remarks the next year, but it was already too late for Swift. Swifties believe that her new songs "High Infidelity" and "Bejeweled" are both about the couple's disastrous relationship, considering the fact that they have undoubtedly not reunited.

6. Joe Jonas

Taylor stated on Ellen during the promotion for the album Fearless that she dated Joe in 2008 before he dumped her in a call. At the time, she was undoubtedly rude to him and made fun of him in her SNL monologue.
Since then, they have reconciled, and in 2015, they were spotted together in London.
2019 saw Taylor issue an apology for her handling of the circumstance. She shared on Ellen for an additional time: “That was too much. I was 18. Yeah, we laugh about it now, but that was mouthy. Just some teenage stuff there.”
It's quite certain to believe that the beef is over because Taylor sent a gift to Joe and his wife, Sophie, when they welcomed a child in 2020. Earlier this year, Joe also made positive changes to the lyrics of a song that had previously made reference to Taylor.
