In Magic and The Elephant Man, he played the lead part for the first time 11 years later. The role of Hannibal Lecter catapulted him to international acclaim and won him an Academy Award for Best Actor. Hopkins, who has been in nearly 140 films, still has a hunger to play a variety of roles.

2. Jackie Chan

He was born in Hong Kong in 1954. He's a brilliant actor, but he's also well-known for his work in other fields, such as martial arts stuntwork, directing, producing, and writing. In the 1970s, Chan began acting in movies, often in supporting parts opposite Bruce Lee. The actor became famous worldwide once he learned to combine comedy with his combat skills. Drunken Master and Snake in the Eagle's Shadow are two of his most famous movies. In 2016, he received an honorary Oscar for his 142 films.

In late 1978, Roberts made his film debut in King of the Gypsies, for which he received a Golden Globe nomination in the category of "Best New Actor."
One of the high points of his career was his main part in the movie Star 80, for which he received another Golden Globe nomination in 1983. After two years, his appearance in The Train from Hell made him a household name as one of the industry's "best-supporting actors."
