Under her drag moniker, "Venus De-Lite," Guerra has sung Madonna's popular songs. He freely confessed that he has "practically spent my whole life, my entire wallet, all the money that's been given to me" to resemble his hero. "But man, I look like Madonna, so it was worth it," she said.

He'd undergone two rhinoplasty procedures, a chin implant surgery, fifty lip filler procedures, tattooing of his eyebrows and face, liposuction of his neck, a chemical peel, microdermabrasion, Botox injections in multiple spots, and laser hair removal.
