Kim Kardashian overdressed again this time! She went all out for Halloween weekend, which included wearing a head-to-toe Mystique costume to Tracee Ellis Ross’ birthday dinner. But, as it turns out, it was not a costume party.
Kim Kardashian may have been just a tad bit overdressed for this occasion.

As the SKIMS founder revealed in an Oct. 30 Instagram Story, she attended Tracee Ellis Ross' birthday dinner over the weekend wearing a striking Mystique costume for the event. But, as Kim noted, her choice of clothing may not have totally matched the theme.
"That time I showed to a birthday dinner in full costume when it wasn't a costume party!" Kim wrote alongside a photo of herself and the Hair Tales creator. "Happy Birthday to the most beautiful kind soul @traceeellisross."

Maybe she just Skimmed the invitation. Kim Kardashian showed up to Tracee Ellis Ross’ pre-Halloween birthday dinner dressed as “X-Men” character Mystique — only to find out no one else was in costume.
“That time I showed up to a birthday dinner in full costume when it wasn’t a costume party!” the “Kardashians” star captioned a selfie with the “Black-ish” alum on her Instagram Story on Sunday.

The photo showed Kardashian wearing a red wig, creepy-colored contact lenses and a skintight blue latex bodysuit. While the Skims founder looked unrecognizable, apart from her famous curves being on display, Ross was unmistakably herself, wearing a red sequined jumpsuit with a matching jacket.
“Happy Birthday to the most beautiful kind soul @traceellisross,” Kardashian, 42, added in her tribute to the actress, who turned 50 on Saturday. The reality star was most likely still in costume from her other Halloween festivities with her family. Kardashian called Ross “the most beautiful kind soul.”

She shared several videos of the spooky celebration that showed her home decorated with fake spiderwebs and her yard transformed into a graveyard. There were also actors dressed up as mummies and lots of sweet treats to enjoy. Later in the evening, Kardashian attended a Halloween party where she hung out with Sean “Diddy” Combs.Ross celebrated her 50th birthday on Saturday.
The rapper, 52, was dressed as a very scary-looking Joker from “Batman,” wearing a slicked-back green hairdo, a purple sports jacket and runny clown makeup. Kardashian shared a selfie with Diddy to her Instagram Story, writing, “never broke character @Diddy.”

Kardashian’s sisters also got into the Halloween spirit over the weekend and went all out with their costumes.Kourtney Kardashian and her husband, Travis Barker, dressed as Chucky and Tiffany, respectively, from the “Child’s Play” franchise.
Kendall Jenner, meanwhile, transformed into a sexy version of Jessie from “Toy Story” by wearing a red cowgirl hat, braided pigtails, micro jean shorts and cowhide-print chaps.
