This Artist Depicts Relatable Girl Struggles In A Funny Way, Shown In 20+ Comics
Admittedly, a girl's life is always harder than a boy's. Let's think about it! Men don't have to worry about periods, getting pregnant, bearing a child, balancing housework and work, or worrying about outfits. Hey girls, we all have our troubles, frustrations, and anxieties that we have to deal with in the modern world, but don't worry because you're not alone in this. Meet Sasha Tsoy, a freelance designer and illustrator from Kazakhstan, who will share the daily struggles of being a girl with you through her comics.
Being a 23-year-old girl, Sasha Tsoy totally understands what a girl goes through daily. That's why many girls will relate to her stories depicted in her comics- Sashotso Art. The comics are like a personal visual diary of her everyday life. There, the artist portrays hilarious and annoying situations, real experiences, troubles of being a female, relationship troubles, and behind-the-scenes. All are illustrated honestly in Sasha's drawings, so every girl can find themselves in these comics. "Most of my comics are just inspired by everyday situations that happen to me and a lot of my friends, which later helped me realize just how many people all over the world experience similar situations," says the artist.
Sasha Tsoy is also a talented girl because she can speak three languages: English, Russian and Spanish. Thanks to that ability, she can create her comics in all three languages so that they're able to reach many more people. As a result, the artist achieved her goal - "to help connect people, to help them laugh and recognize themselves,". When seeing people who come from different countries and speak different languages relating to her stories, Sasha states: "we are united in our feelings of love and fun.”
