In 2012, during a show in New Zealand, Lady Gaga was accidentally hit in the head by a metal prop piece. For this, she had to leave the stage and then came back saying, “I want to apologize, I did hit my head, and I think I may have a concussion. But don’t you worry, I will finish this show.”

To film his fans in a show, Enrique Iglesias reached to hold a flying camera drone. However, grabbing the wrong part led to his hand and fingers being severely cut. Though his hands were wrapped, he tried to complete the show.

During the performance, a fan jumped onstage and slapped Ava Max. Everything happened so quickly. After that, she said, “He slapped me so hard that he scratched the inside of my eye. He’s never coming to a show again.”

In a 1971 show, Frank Zappa was attacked onstage and thrown into the pit. He became unconscious that both his colleagues and fans believed he might die. When it came to the tragic experience, the singer said, “My head was over on my shoulder, and my neck was bent like it was broken. I had a gash in my chin, a hole in the back of my head, a broken rib, and a fractured leg. One arm was paralyzed.”

Killer Mike and El-P performed in a show but it didn’t go smoothly. El-P was attacked onstage by a fan and rapper Killer Mike tried to protect him which led to his shoulder tearing. The injure forced him to cancel the rest of the tour.

In the middle of a show, Patti Smith fell offstage at a height of 14 feet. The reason was her movement, spinning like a dervish. She recalled the accident, “I fractured my skull, several vertebrae in my neck, my back, my tailbone. I broke some teeth. It was serious. And I still have certain repercussions — I never got my full eyesight back. I don’t have the range of movement that I used to.”
