10+ Times People Reveal What Celebrities Were Like Before Fame

Have you ever wondered what our celebrities were like when they were just normal people?
It is believed that fame and wealth often make a person act differently than they used to and celebrities belong to this group. Most of us only know them post-stardom and claim that what we see are innate parts of their personality. However, sometimes it’s not true.
We wandered on Reddit and found some stories about celebrities before they became famous. People who worked or went to school with them tell the public what these stars were like. These stories haven’t been verified and the users are supposedly speaking from their own experiences.

I went to school with Dwayne The Rock Johnson at Freedom HS in Bethlehem, and he was actually a really nice guy when he transferred during Junior Year, but then he was just a huge douche to everyone because he made it big on our football team, but he's still true to our tradition, which is to Hate Easton. My cousins lived near Ashton Kutcher and went to school with him for a bit. He also worked at a restaurant with my aunt. They all say he was a super chill guy and a sweetheart. My aunt has run in to him a few times when he's been back home and he's always been really nice. So that's cool. (Redditor)

Friend of mine also went to school with Taylor. Said he was fine, but cheated off her in math sometimes, but they would have friendly conversation and joke around also. But once graduation happened he was done with everyone and ignored them when they tried to say hi. (itme0001)

Went to high school with Blake Lively. Had a few classes with her throughout 3 years. She was also my TA for one of them. She was pretty cool. I always ended up seated next to her so it became kind of a running joke through the years. She seemed down to earth and not stuck up. I dated one of her friends for a couple of months. (Seraphus)

Not high school, but I went to jr. high with Demi Lovato. I let her cheat off my biology homework once.
She was always super popular and had a reputation for being a bully. Some girl was always crying over something she did. But it was jr. high, so we were all assholes. Got to see her sing at a talent show once. (Redditor)

I went to high school with Margot Robbie. We were pretty good friends but I haven’t spoken to her in years. She was absolutely lovely. No one had a bad word to say about her, and she is very intelligent. (jamesjabc13)

#8 Nicolas Cage was weird

My mom went on a few dates with Nicholas Cage! I’m not sure exactly what year it was but my mom was a professional ballet dancer in New York. Nic Cage’s dad owned the ballet company my mom danced for. So apparently Nic Cage saw my mom and thought she was cute so they went on a few dates. I asked my mom what he was like and she thought for a second and then said “weird”. (need-chicky-nuggs)

Not me, a classmate’s son my age went to school with Tom Holland. Apparently he’s super sweet and goofy, little scatterbrained and forgetful. (Iximaz)

I’m cousins with Cardi B and have known her since we were kids. She’s honestly been the same person, kept to herself and is crazy and funny when she’s comfortable. We still see each other at family parties regularly so it’s nice. (TheUglyBarnaclee)

#11 Courtney Cox was a massive b**ch

My mother grew up with Courtney Cox. She was a massive bitch. The stories are horrible. She’s from Mountain Brook, Alabama.. an incredibly wealthy suburb of Birmingham. (Same town as Natalee Holloway that disappeared in Aruba.) (razorbladedesserts)
