In Game of Thrones season 1, Daenerys impressed Khal Drogo by eating a horse heart. But it wasn't easy for Emilia Clarke. She had to eat around 28 hearts made from gelatin that tasted like bleach and undercooked pasta. She ended up using a spit bucket because the hearts made her vomit quite often. On top of that, the hearts were really sticky and difficult to wash off, leaving Clarke covered in an unpleasant substance.#2 Lauren Cohan — The Walking Dead

Lauren Cohan, the star of a popular zombie series, considered leaving the show after being deeply affected by a difficult scene in which her character had to perform a C-section. Jonathan Bailey, the star of Bridgerton, recalled an awkward moment that occurred during filming for season 2. In a fencing scene, the costume designers chose clothes that were too tight for him. While wearing plimsolls on a dewy morning, Bailey lunged and his crotch ripped, which was captured on camera by four different angles. In the film, one of the challenges faced by the future spies was a cool scene of flooding in a closed space. However, this scene could have turned into a tragedy due to a technical issue. The water level was supposed to be controlled by a computer, but there was a bug that caused the actors to be instantly submerged 20 feet underwater. Renée Zellweger felt real terror while shooting the movie Judy, which portrays the last year of Judy Garland's life. In order to resemble the character as closely as possible, the actress had to wear prosthetic teeth and a nose cap. During a kissing scene with co-star Finn Wittrock, Zellweger noticed that the tip of her prosthetic nose had fallen off, and the adhesive was now stuck to Wittrock's face.
