We usually think of our favorite movie stars as one-of-a-kind, but this isn't always the case. You've seen them on TV, on the big screen, and maybe even center stage at a sold-out arena, but there may be someone you've been missing all along — their twin.
Some celebrity twins are extremely well-known, such as Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Tia and Tamera Mowry, and Dylan and Cole Sprouse. In the case of those twins, they shared similar goals, which led to them becoming both household names.
But what happens when one twin desires the limelight while the other prefers a normal life? So you get a pair of less well-known celebrity twins. Alexandra Paul has a twin sister named Caroline Paul. Caroline was one of the first women to serve in the San Francisco Fire Department, where Alexandra played saving lives on TV.
Caroline Paul wrote a memoir about her time as a firefighter and has since found success as a writer, whereas Alexandra now primarily works as a wellness coach.

He's best known these days as Sneaky Pete on TV. Marissa Ribisi, his twin sister, is also an actor, with credits including Dazed and Confused, The Brady Bunch Movie, and Pleasantville. She took an 18-year break from acting before returning in 2021 with a role on TV On the Verge.

In fact, Jeremy London played TS Quint in Mallrats, while his twin Jason London played Randall 'Pink' Floyd in Dazed and Confused.
For a time, both London brothers had successful careers, with Jeremy landing a long-running role on TV's Party of Five and Jason appearing in films such as To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar and the sequel to Carrie. Unfortunately, their careers were short-lived, and both men have had troubled lives, including drug and alcohol problems and arrests.

Leslie Hamilton Freas died in August 2020 at the age of 63.

Anyone who watched the 1970s/80s TV classic Little House on the Prairie will remember the character of Carrie Ingalls, but you may not have realized that the role was played by two actresses. Lindsay and Sidney Greenbush, twin sisters, shared the role and were credited as Lindsay Sidney Greenbush.
As they struggled to find roles after the end of Little House on the Prairie, the twins both retired from acting and returned to school. Lindsay went on to become an equine iridologist, while Sidney is a horse breeder and former professional rodeo rider.

Nicholas Brendon got his big break as Xander Harris, the male lead in the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Kelly Donovan, Xander's identical twin brother, served as his stunt double on the show, and the two appeared side by side in the season five episode The Replacement, in which Xander is magically split in two.
Kelly Donovan has a few other film credits, both as an actor and as a crew member. Brendon's career suffered after Buffy ended, and he has since received the most attention for his high-profile arrests for alcohol, drugs, and spousal abuse.
