In this particular video, which has earned over 11 million views, a White’s tree frog was planning to eat everything in front of her.In case you’re unfamiliar with this creature, the White’s tree frog comes from Australia, Indonesia, and New Guinea. This tiny amphibian looks unique with sleepy-looking eyes and a smiling mouth. It would be a good option for pets as its waxy skin allows it to adapt to a wide range of environments.
This type of frog is nocturnal, so it becomes active during the night time. White’s tree frogs are docile and tame, so those keeping frogs for the first time should consider them.

However, be careful with the chemical around your house because White’s tree frogs' absorbent skin are sensitive to them. Even natural oil and salt on our skin may have a detrimental impact on the frogs. Therefore, make sure you wash your hands carefully with warm, non-chlorinated water before touching these tiny jumpers. Don’t rinse your hands with lotion or soaps, which are toxic to amphibians.

The frog in this video seemed so hungry that she took tiny bites of her owner’s fingers until the mid-part of the video. The owner explained that her frog must have thought people’s hands were something that was edible.
White’s tree frog lives on crickets, beetles, cockroaches, grasshoppers, and earthworms. Nevertheless, they are easily subject to obesity issues, so their diet should be controlled strictly.

“As a very general guideline, feed large frogs (greater than three inches long) a few large crickets every two to three days, adjusting based on the frog’s activity and body condition. Offer smaller frogs three-week-old crickets roughly every two to three days, and feed juveniles daily.”
