This film's primary character is a homosexual industrialist named Wilde, portrayed by Frey. Wilde recently sold his business and intends to spend Christmas alone. Wilde and Oliver, portrayed by Cosnett, meet via an LGBTQ+ app, and after getting to know each other, they decide to exchange homes, which is unnervingly similar to The Holiday.
When they return to their birthplace, it will not be difficult for them to locate suitable men to date among the local population. This film will employ a technique comparable to that of The Holiday by alternating between balmy Los Angeles and the icy village of Brilfax. Frey is responsible for the screenplay, while Jake Helgren, who directed A Christmas to Treasure, will oversee the production.

Cosnett portrayed CCPD detective Eddie Thawne on The Flash between the years of 2014 and 2017 and again between 2022 and 2023. Thawne was killed off at the end of the first season, but he returned for the second through eighth seasons. During the show's final season, Cosnett is scheduled to reprise his role as the well-known character. The executive producer, Eric Wallace, has warned that there will be "lots of tears" in the April 26 episode. Fans should accordingly prepare themselves.
The series' final episode has been filmed. Wallace summed it up best when he said, "This is the last time we'll work with Stephen Amell as the Arrow, but we all know he'll return to the show." "It's the season finale — there's been a lot of endings, and that's bled into the season themes," said the program's producers. "Finding closure allows you to achieve a fresh start."
