Bear Cub Caught On Camera Taking A Bath In A Puddle With A Toy Bear He Found

He was badly burnt, but he's a wildfire survivor. In July 2021, rescued from the fire in South Lake Tahoe, Northern California, the 6-month-old black bear "Tamarack" received med care from Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care, Inc. His limbs were burnt, and the cub was in pain and scared.

After a week of treatment, his condition was stable, and the wounds started to heal. When he recovered completely, he lived in Lake Tahoe's forest, where wildlife enthusiast Toogee Sielsch set up trail cameras near his home.

Sielsch never thought he could see the fire bear again on such a lovely occasion: one of the trail cameras' footage showed a black bear dropping by a large puddle to take a bath and revealing his paws. The man recognized Tamarack quickly thanks to the burn scars on his toes.

Even more surprisedly, Sielsch hadn't expected the survival cub that day to be such playful and enjoy the moment of his life at his best. In the video, Tamarack was accompanied by a toy bear that he had found somewhere. He seemed to like it very much.

The exciting moment makes the man feel that all his and his colleague's work was worthwhile. Thus, he couldn't help sharing it immediately on his Instagram. The clip melts people's hearts. Everyone feels so happy as if seeing their son or little brother grow up and have the best time of his life.
