Woman Insulted CEO’s Son For Mistaking Him For A Client

Leona Martinez

Life has a way of teaching us that assuming things can lead to unexpected results. u/pepperbell, a Reddit user, shares a story that reminds us not to jump to conclusions without all the facts.

In school, OP had to participate in a mandatory work-study day. Initially, he planned to use his job at a vet's office but ended up shadowing someone at a branch of his dad's company due to last-minute changes. And that person was Veronica, a program director. Veronica was very irritated when she had to “babysit” the OP. So, she treated him poorly and assigned him very weird tasks. She even insulted the CEO.

Things took an interesting turn when Veronica discovered that the CEO was the OP's dad. This revelation led to surprising consequences, eventually causing Veronica to lose her job.
