Woman Curses Out Neighbors In Front Of Their Kids For Taking Her Dog From Her Yard

Manda Garcia

In our story today, the original poster (OP) is a 21-year-old woman who has been with her loyal Akita, Mickey, for twelve years. They live in a calm neighborhood until a new family moves in nearby. The family includes a mom (M), a dad (D), and twins. D saw Mickey with OP and thought he was a stray, even though OP explained he was hers. Soon after, Mickey went missing! OP searched everywhere and asked for help online. Four days later, she found out from M that Mickey was taken because M thought he was a stray and gave him to a friend. The OP was upset and demanded the friend's information. With the friend's help, OP brought Mickey back.

But the story didn't end there yet. M and the friend twisted the tale online, blaming OP for taking their dog. Angry and frustrated, OP confronted M, expressing her feelings strongly in front of the neighbors' kids. Scroll down for more details and see how people reacted to this situation.

The headline:

OP has had a dog for 12 years.

OP explained to her new neighbor that the dog was not a stray.

OP freaked out as she couldn't see her dog anywhere.

There's something wrong here.

How did OP keep her cool there?

OP finally found her dog.

But the story didn't end there.

OP did what she could have done earlier.

OP felt sorry for the kids.

Finally an update on the situation.

Let's find out what other Redditors have to say regarding OP's story.

Some believe OP is NTA. The neighbor literally stole OP's dog.

However, some think ESH (everyone sucks here) because OP didn't walk her dog on a leash.
