Lately, the TikToker @nicr__, an American named Nic, shared her landlord’s unbelievable pet claim. Her video was spread all over the internet with around 62K views and over 4.5K likes. The user is a female tenant who feels startled when receiving absurd requirements from her landlord. She was expected to pay an extra “pet fee” so that her goldfish could live in the place.
Specifically, Nic shared a snapshot showing the rental. The landlord initially demanded a one-time fee of $200 for the fish. They also turned on the “no aggressive breeds’ option and warned that an extra charge of $15 would be required every month.
