Kang has yet to meet the Avengers onscreen, but his interactions with Scott indicate that he is aware of the team. It appears that in his travels across the multiverse, he has encountered Avengers teams from different timelines. It's unknown how these battles played out, but based on Kang's comments, they didn't end well for the Avengers. After all, it was the Council of Kangs, not the Avengers, who removed Jonathan Majors' persona from service and imprisoned him in the Quantum Realm. So, it appears that the Avengers were unable to defeat this Kang version.
#1. Kang Has Killed Thor In The MCU?

Kang's first conversation with Scott creates the impression that an alternate-timeline version of Thor (and presumably other members of the Avengers) died trying to stop Kang. Upon hearing that Scott is an Avenger, the villain remarked, "you’re an Avenger… have I killed you before? They all blur together after a while." This line comes with the obvious implication that countless Avengers have been killed by Kang at this point. He then brings up Thor specifically by saying "you’re not the one with the hammer", which hints at the God of Thunder being among the casualties of his past encounters with the team.
#2. Has Kang Killed The Avengers In Marvel Comics?
Kang appears to have had more success battling the Avengers than the comic book character based on the MCU's portrayal of him thus far. Kang is typically on the losing end of fights with the Avengers. That is not to say, however, that the Avengers have never experienced defeat in their battles with the villain. In reality, there were at least two notable incidents in which an Avenger died as a result of Kang.

Swordsman, the comic book equivalent to Hawkeye's Jacques Duquesne, was the first Avenger Kang assassinated. Kang disregarded Swordsman when capturing the Avengers, believing him to be a weak opponent unworthy of his attention, prompting the reformed villain to set out to stop him on his own. Swordsman saved the Avengers and foiled Kang's plans with the aid of Rama-Tut, but was killed in the process. The Swordsman is still Kang's biggest kill because he is one of the few Marvel Comics superheroes to perish and stay dead for decades.

One Avenger who died to Kang - but has since returned - is Iron Man. In the 1990s, a shocking twist showed that Kang manipulated the timestream to turn Iron Man into one of his lackeys. As a consequence, the Avengers traveled back in time and joined forces with a young Tony Stark to stop the two. The confrontation brought the modern Iron Man back to his senses, allowing him to face Kang the Conqueror. To atone for his crimes, Iron Man made the ultimate effort and died for the Avengers to defeat Kang.
#3. Which Avengers Kang Is Most Likely To Kill In The MCU's Future?
Kang having either of these comic moments in the MCU is unlikely. Swordsman exists in the MCU, but he has only been portrayed as a person interested in swordsmanship (rather than as a true superhero), making him an unsuitable choice for a part in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. As for Iron Man, he technically can return via time travel and alternate timelines, but there's been no indication that Robert Downey, Jr. has any intention of playing Tony Stark again. Having said that, there are plenty of Marvel characters who could fall prey to Kang in the future of the MCU.

His supposed accomplishments before Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania set a high bar for the MCU character, who can prove just how deadly he truly is by masterminding the death of a major Marvel hero. As for who he might kill, one possibility is the Avenger Kang referenced. Having enjoyed a long and eventful journey, Thor could see his MCU arc come to an epic end if he dies opposing Kang in Avengers 5.

Alternatives include War Machine and Smart Hulk, whose stories may not stretch beyond Phase 6 of the MCU. Ant-Man survived Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, but he's not out of the woods yet, particularly if he returns for Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. Characters like Captain Marvel and Sam Wilson's Captain America are slightly less feasible choices because they may have more to do before their stories conclude, but the shock value of either character dying makes these situations worth considering.
