This is where everything started. OP was trained by a manager (Eva) who acted mean when he got better at his job. One thing he didn't know was she had a close connection with the General Manager.

The General Manager blamed him for what he had not done. He reached out to the owner of the company for help but apparently that was hopeless. Thus he decided to take matters into his own hands and started fighting back.
