In this particular case, the parents of an 18-year-old woman who was hospitalized with a pelvic infection were nothing but obnoxious. They demanded an extra bed in the room, were rude to the nurses, and generally made a scene whenever they were around.

Every day when they would show up at the hospital, they would start bombarding nurses with all sorts of information and whatnot.

Things were going smoothly until the patient’s mother googled what a pelvic infection was.

The mother refused to accept the diagnosis and called it wrong.

They demanded to see their daughter’s medical records to prove the doctors were lying…or maybe to sl*t shame their daughter if the diagnosis was correct. Who knows…
