The Continental, a new spinoff series of John Wick, introduces us to the world of gold coin-collecting assassins in its debut teaser. The Continental, which was made available by Peacock, takes us back to the 1970s and introduces us to a young Winston Scott who has his sights set on the renowned hotel. The Continental's debut trailer is shown below.

The Continental tells the backstory of how Winston Scott came to hold the prestigious position of the owner of The Continental hotel in the 1970s and establishes it as a safe haven for assassins where no business may be conducted, starring Colin Woodell as Winston Scott, who replaces actor Ian McShane in the role of one of John Wick's only friends. Colin Woodell has starred in The Flight Attendant, The Purge, and Ambulance. The Continental will incorporate real-world events, such as the Great Garbage Strike and the American Mafia's ascent to economic dominance, in addition to revealing the fictitious history of Winston and the organization of the same name.
