Olivia Wilde is currently trying to balance raising two children, taking on a new directorial role, and sorting out her personal life. Despite managing all this, she openly acknowledges feeling tired of the unfair treatment women face when they spend any time away from their children.
She shared, “When people see me not with my kids, it’s always ’How dare she.’ I’ve never seen anyone say that about a guy. And if he is with his kid, he’s a hero.”

Olivia had a tough time while fighting for custody of her children with her ex-partner, Jason Sudeikis. This lasted for around one year and it was so exhausting. Despite the difficulties, the actress expresses joy in her life.
While she dedicates her time to her children, making breakfast and taking them to school, they are her entire world. She even refers to her children as her best friends. She said, “The most painful element of it has been women shaming me for making a decision that was for my own health and happiness.”
