Giancarlo Esposito frequently portrays an antagonist. He eagerly anticipates playing the good guy, especially in a well-known property like the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Charles Xavier was portrayed by James McAvoy as well as Patrick Stewart. Both of them have achieved great success, and fans also have favorites.
Fans chose Stewart for the part, and he was the ideal choice. When we first met him in the 2000 X-Men movie, fans were proven correct. He possessed the temperament and physical characteristics necessary to be Xavier.
At first, McAvoy himself seemed like an odd option. He has, however, established himself as a very remarkable youthful version of the character with his performance in X-Men: First Class. Some even questioned if he will reappear in the MCU's cosmos.

Yes, Patrick Stewart made a comeback in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness as a Professor X clone. But we all understood that his reappearance would not last. The situation with Hugh Jackman's comeback as Wolverine in Deadpool 3 is much the same.
