It's a sad reality that many companies prioritize their own interests over those of their employees. Even though we might perceive our colleagues as family, this rarely holds true in the corporate world. Profit and cost-cutting take precedence, and employee welfare often takes a back seat. Even if you're experienced and have been loyal to a company for years, they might opt for a cheaper new hire, disregarding your qualifications.
