Reportedly, Some English clubs are once again monitoring Vlahovic's case. It comes at a time when Juventus is now experiencing off-field troubles, and Vlahovic has not been successful with the Turin club as the board expected.
Arsenal and Liverpool are reportedly interested in the Serbian striker, who scored a goal in Qatar despite his national team rater mediocre performance.
Still, according to TuttoJuve, Chelsea has strongly expressed their interest in signing Vlahovic. Todd Boehly is anticipated to give support for Graham Potter in January through the summer. The striker is appealing and the Blues have struggled to recruit a great number nine in recent years.
Vlahovic was globally known when he turned into Arsenal's top transfer target and was described as "lighting quick" by Micah Richards. Finally, he didn't join Arsenal and instead came to Juventus in a deal of nearly £63 million.
Whether or if a deal can be made in January remains to be seen. It appears Chelsea is ready to take part in the discussion.

Vlahovic to Chelsea would cause a stir

Recently, the link between Arsenal and Liverpool appears somewhat flimsy. Liverpool splurges out on Darwin Nunez in the summer stranger window, while Arsenal would be hard-pressed to react as extravagantly to Gabriel Jesus's injury.
When it comes to Chelsea, this action appears more rational. Vlahovic is a real number nine that the Blues have been looking for quite some time. This deal mainly depends on how Juventus's off-field issues play out.  But if Vlahovic is available, especially when Juventus are eliminated from the Champions League and struggle in Europa League, he would undoubtedly add a new element of intrigue to the competition for the top four spots.
