Participating in a school photo day is one of the most anticipated activities for many primary school pupils. Kids spend a lot of time getting ready and posing before the big day because they are so excited to know they will have a good photo in front of the camera. Have you ever witnessed a cat participating in a photo shoot and having amazing pictures sent back to the family? This was the situation when a family got their kids' school pictures.
Emma Robert, a 45-year-old woman, sent her kids to school knowing it was picture day. She has two lovely daughters, 10-year-old Megan, and 7-year-old Chloe, who both attend Drury Primary School in Flintshire, North Wales.
"When young Chloe handed her the letter, she expected to find the girl’s photos but found Ziggy’s printed images instead. Chloe handed the letter to me and I expected it to be her photos. But then when I looked I was just in floods of laughter and so were the other mums standing by me," the woman shared.
It turns out that on picture day, Ziggy decided to follow his sisters, who were on their way to school. It’s shared that this adorable cat was known for roaming the school grounds on a regular basis. After that, when it was finally time to take the photos, the cat was also invited to pose in front of the camera, and he definitely prepared for it!
Though the family had witnessed that the little cat loved to tail Megan and Chloes and stayed around the school area throughout the day, Emma did not expect that the cat would become a part of the school and even get a photo of his own!
Some of the students, especially those who don't have pets at home, find it happier to attend class because Ziggy is there in the classroom. And it can be said that Ziggy’s constant presence has been a part of the children’s lives at the school.

After that, Emma was looking forward to photographs of her wonderful children, and she did receive some extremely beautiful ones of her daughter. However, she also received a picture of their mischievous cat, Ziggy, which was an enjoyable surprise in addition to the images of her two girls."When young Chloe handed her the letter, she expected to find the girl’s photos but found Ziggy’s printed images instead. "I asked her what had gone on and she said he just jumped on the chair. He didn’t need any encouragement, he just got up there for a photo. The school has just accepted him and he goes there at any opportunity. He’s there every day. He sleeps on the headmaster’s desk, on piles of books and he goes into every classroom…The kids see him at school and as soon as you go to pick them up you can hear kids talking about him," Emma added.Though the family had witnessed that the little cat loved to tail Megan and Chloes and stayed around the school area throughout the day, Emma did not expect that the cat would become a part of the school and even get a photo of his own!

Even the headmaster already accepted the cat as a part of the student body. According to headteacher Mark Biltcliffe, it is "impossible" to keep Ziggy off the school grounds. People at school eventually conceded defeat and accepted the cat as a fellow pupil. Some of the students, especially those who don't have pets at home, find it happier to attend class because Ziggy is there in the classroom. "He thinks he’s a pupil, so it’s fitting he’s had his own photo. I think it’ll be put up on the staff noticeboard," Mark further shared.Do you agree with us that Ziggy is such a clever kitty?
