Boss Implements Strict Punctuality Policy, Faces Backlash Instead

In a recent post on Reddit, a construction worker shared an interesting encounter with his former boss. The workers in the company often started work very early, so it wasn't uncommon for them to be a few minutes late occasionally. However, the boss became increasingly frustrated with employees arriving at 6:05 or 6:03, just a few minutes past the 6:00 start time (ironically, he himself was frequently late as well).

In response to this issue, the supervisor proposed deducting 15 minutes from any employee who failed to be present precisely at 6 o'clock. Little did he know that this decision would backfire.
