Boss Gets Mad As Employee Decides To Quit, Has To Pick Up His Truck Himself

Manda Garcia

Many people live by the idea that quitting is never okay, but honestly, that doesn't always work out well. We get that it's about not giving up, but sometimes leaving a job is the only way to stay mentally okay. Not all jobs suit everyone. Sometimes, the smart move is to leave a job that's not good for you anymore. And a lot of times, people quit because of the way their bosses and the work environment treat them.

It's a sad truth that some bosses often act immature and not like grown-ups. Here's a story about one such boss. You'd think when an employee says they're quitting, it wouldn't be a big deal. But in this case, the boss took it personally and immediately fired the employee. No one really gets why he made it personal. But the employee didn't let it bother him, and that's when he planned his payback. Scroll down to read the full story and see how the employee got back at the boss.
