This action hero suffered multiple injuries during filming. Indeed, three of the most significant ones originated in his most well-known films. He landed awkwardly on a tree limb after jumping over a cliff in the film First Blood, in which he played the role of Rambo. True, he did film his fight scenes for Rocky IV, including where he gets hit in the chest and is taken to Santa Monica, where he stays in the intensive care unit for more than a week. This incredibly gifted actress isn't known for her acting roles, but she did star in the Moulin Rouge film in 2000. She fell during a dance routine and shattered her ribs and knee. That's dedication, and it just goes to show that the repercussions of any kind of prank may be fairly severe. This actor claims he suffered a much more serious injury on set than the wrist break he sustained while training. Tatum puts his head through a mirror at one point. He was so immersed in his performance that he accidentally broke a mirror. His head injuries were nothing to scoff at, and he believes he passed through the wall on the other side.6. Jeremy Renner

This actor does most of his own stunts, including his signature role as Hawkeye in the Avengers films. Renner actually broke both arms on the set of the action comedy Tag. This soldier claimed he would recover quickly from his broken right elbow and left wrist so he could play the role of the bow-wielding hero in the next movie. He seems to be doing fine now, and the fact that he performed his own stunts is just one more thing that fans can appreciate about this multitalented actor.7. Johnny Depp

Depp did many stunts and scenes on horseback for his leading part in Lone Ranger. Once, the beast nearly ran him over after he was tossed off the back. After being pulled for around 25 feet, he was finally released go in the vain hope that the horse wouldn't step on top of him. This stunt could have ended far worse than his minor back injury.
