This Hairdresser Offers Free Makeovers To Homeless People, And This Is The Outcome

Homelessness is a global challenge. 1.6 billion people live in substandard housing, according to the United Nations Human Settlements Program, and the best ps indicate that more than 100 million people have no home at all. Every country has homelessness, which is on the rise and has detrimental effects on both individuals and society.
