Many well-known persons have spent years honing their skills, auditioning for positions, and competing with others prior to achieving fame and fortune in their chosen field. As a result, before they became famous, superstars had to work in odd jobs to support themselves.
We began to make assumptions about the acting careers of our favorite actors and actresses before they became well-known in the public eye.
1. Gwen Stefani

Gwen, at 20 years old, worked as a cosmetic artist in a department shop before she became a famous singer. She has also worked as a salesperson at Dairy Queen.
2. Eva Longoria

Eva Longoria needed to find work so that she could provide for her family. As a result, she worked as a burger cook at a fast food joint when she was a teenager. It's worth noting that the actress can still whip up a mean burger.
3. Dwayne Johnson

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is a dedicated gym rat. So it's unsurprising that he used to be a professional athlete and a quarterback for the Miami Hurricanes in American football. Dwayne started his career as a professional wrestler years later. Even though he was already acting in movies by 2019, he kept wrestling until 2020. He also spent some time in the industry as a dishwasher.
4. Madonna

Madonna left college in 1978 and relocated to New York to pursue stardom. She started her career as a doughnut shop dancer and salesperson. A year later, she worked as a restaurant's cloakroom attendant while beginning her singing career.

In his hometown of Holmes Chapel, where he grew up, Harry Styles worked in a bakery before he became famous on The X Factor. The singer's former coworkers backed his decision to go on the show, by the way. Posters encouraging people to vote for Harry were also taped to the bakery windows.

Rachel McAdams and her siblings worked at McDonald's for three years. The actress claims she was a poor worker. Once, she even managed to damage the orange juice machine.
7. Kate Middleton

Kate Middleton's first job after college graduation was as a buyer for the high-end clothing boutique Jigsaw. She claims that she secured this position by contacting the company's founder. In addition, the Duchess of Cambridge designed catalogs for her family's business and helped arrange photographic exhibits and charitable events.
8. Harrison Ford
