30 Xibang’s Simple Comic Artworks About Animals And Spiritual Species That Give Off Positive Energy

Leona Martinez

Dogs and cats may be quite divisive animals, and occasionally you might even question what is going through their minds. They don't truly judge us, do they? Do they genuinely believe in us? Of course, nobody is fully aware of their actual thoughts, but Xibang (or Seebangnow) is able to interpret what they are thinking and depict it in four panels with seeming accuracy. Are you curious? Let’s have a look at his straightforward but enjoyable comic artworks to see how emotive they can be.
Singapore-born cartoonist Xibang divides his time between drawing and supporting his family’s company. He draws inspiration from online culture, an accidental pun, his hopes and anxieties for his child, and unrelated bits of daily life. He uses comics as an outlet for his need for attention. “Looking at how shoddy my old work is, makes me passionate about improving my craft.” The majority of the time, his day job is being a father, but he also works a variety of part-time jobs, including acting, voice-over work, handyman labor, and administration. He often uses a Wacom Bamboo Tablet to sketch, and he even despises his lack of talent for conventional media. Berserk (RIP Kentaro Miura) is his all-time favorite comic, and he thinks manga has had the most influence on his interest in comics.
While Xibang has been writing and drawing ridiculous jokes for the Internet for ten years, it wasn’t until he created the “Death and the Dog” short series that his comics really took off. He has the ability to show all aspects of the human-animal bond, including playing, cuddling, and resting. He sincerely thanks all of his fans and encourages them to pursue their own artistic endeavors. The furred characters in his comic are exactly what we wish and anticipate them to be (kind, devoted, a little foolish and naive, and sneaky). The best lesson in his works is to treat people and animals with kindness, and our own selves as well. Make sure to stay tuned as he has attempted to sketch more and produce music and videos!
You don’t see the small list of Xibang’s comic artworks below, do you? Of course, it is because you need to scroll down a little more! Get yourself a comfy seat and be prepared to be hyped up till the end of the day!
