An uncountable amount of pets rescued from animal shelters have sensational problems due to their unfortunate pasts. Their new owners try their best to comfort them. However, everybody has a business, duty, and chores that need doing. Besides, the poor little on-the-wait-for-foster creatures at the shelters require tremendous effort and time. While the pet owners and the rescuers are worried and confused because they can't replicate themselves, the animal protectors - the Peraltas have demonstrated an unbelievable solution.
Since that incident, Vintage Pet Rescue has been introducing FARC to pet owners having similar troubles. Many dog/cat men/ladies find it a brilliant idea. They even equip FARC with a backpack and chest carry to give their furballs better service. Especially, FARC is a suitable companion for those having many playful beasts that they can't play with all of them at once.

It was back in 2019 that at the Vintage Pet Rescue, FARC was born for the sake of Shorty - Marc Peralta's fifteen-year-old pug. Because they had been side by side for eleven years, Shorty couldn't stand a moment without being held in Marc's arm. The older they got, the closer they became. Yet Marc had to travel a good amount for work, thus, the pug was more distressed. He was so sensitive that the Peraltas failed to calm him down by just giving him a pillow covered with Marc's shirt.Source: Vintage Pet Rescue

Henceforth, Kristen Peralta - Marc’s wife, built a new friend for Shorty. He was a slightly soft plastic adult-man-sized mannequin. Wearing Marc's clothes, he held the pug all the time and kept him befriended. Shorty immediately accepted this new buddy. He could sleep soundly at night in the dummy's arms and no longer had to deal with his separation anxiety when Marc was away from home, which hurt Marc a little bit. Perhaps that is why the mannequin was named FARC (Fake-Marc).Since that incident, Vintage Pet Rescue has been introducing FARC to pet owners having similar troubles. In 2022, Vintage Pet Rescue foster Bill - a ten-year-old fearful blind pup. The poor dog can't bear being left alone and need holding wherever whenever he goes. Therefore, the Peraltas once again ask FARC, which turns out to be an exact decision. Without moving and causing unnecessary animation, FARC quietly embraces and gives Bill a peaceful time at the shelter. After several weeks of being gently grabbed in the dummy's arms, Bill is now with his new family who is willing to take him to their hearts.Source: Vintage Pet Rescue
