Biopics seem like the ultimate honor to document someone’s mark on the world. But making a biopic is a tough task. When choosing the cast, the director must walk a fine line between selecting for their physical similarity and selecting them for the talent required to play the part. However, the most important thing is to get permission from celebs or their family to producing a movie about them.
Despite getting the nod from them, some movies have incited negative responses from the famous people who were supposed to represent them as well as a large number of fans. The movie is about the love story of Pamela Anderson (played by Lily James) and her then-husband Tommy Lee, including the episode where their honeymoon tap. But Pamela Anderson wasn’t interested in the idea and thought this project is “an awful joke”.
