He is possibly acting a little insensitive since she is sharing a traumatic experience with him. It's also possible that he is right at the same time. What is llama spit all about? Is it hazardous?

The boyfriend has made an attempt to reach a compromise here, and we appreciate his effort. She is not obligated to view the llamas if she doesn't wish to. Perhaps he'll have to reevaluate his position if she's sticking to hers in this situation.
