It was a story about a lady who used sarcasm as a solution to get out of annoyance. At first, she was very supportive and caring, but the irritation built up as time passed. Until one day, her mind got blown up, and she turned into an ironic person, which even surprised her as well. We believe that everyone has gone through such an awkwardly confusing situation. The original poster with her Reddit account name u/SchrodingerPregnancy pinned her post on the hot subreddit r/AmItheA**hole to "snitch on" her sister for being over-obsessed with getting pregnant. That young lady was looking forward to having a baby so she was extraordinarily aware of her food, activities, schedules on work and vacation, et.

Once, the OP was talking with her about her upcoming river rafting trip. The talk was exciting until the sister exclaimed that she had to put her trying desire aside because of her pregnant possibility, which made the OP slip her tongue and mock her. After that, they had a little fight that didn't end so well. The OP didn't feel right, but she couldn't help comparing her sister's reason with Shrodinger's theory.

Redditors appeared to crack up laughing at the Op's mockery. Some comments were full of sarcastic and silly ideas to deal with the sister's delusion. They mostly supposed it wasn't the OP's fault when she got vexed after having to suffer the same exclamation from time to time and having her excitement hijacked by an uncertain capability.

Meanwhile, another opinion assumed that the OP's sister was right about the OP being childish and selfish. They explained women looking forward to having babies were so anxious and frustrating that they had to bring it up whenever wherever to whomever they spoke. These poor ladies didn't want to hurt others' feelings, but their minds were filled with thoughts about pregnancy so they could barely discuss any topics outside theirs, which they hoped their families could tolerate.
