Whether they micromanage your every move or constantly gaslight you, they're tough to deal with and they might make your job 10 times worse. We have to admit that working with a dreadful boss is not easy. You possibly wish to quit your job immediately.
There is a subreddit called “Antiwork” that is a safe haven for those who considering ending their jobs, including those who have had enough of their bosses and had to expose their wrongdoings online, as well as those who want to find more information on anti-work ideas.
