Matt Wallace, a writer, posted about this issue which really resonated with a lot of people of the internet. Some recruiters are just not being reasonable; as in, they don't even care about putting the salaries in their job posting which leads to a lot of confusion for people who are searching for jobs. Matt did not sit well with this fact, so he went on the internet to explain why the salaries should be put in every job posting. For one, it saves the time and energy of everybody involved, especially those who come looking for a job. And secondly, it is out of respect: salaries are for workers to indicate if they should even bother making a resume or not.
