She then explained that her in laws' cat had really matted long fur and needed to be cut off immediately. Because they weren't around, so she decided to help them and help their cat feel more comfortable. However, everything didn't go well as she thought. When her in laws got back and noticed that their cat's fur had been shaved due to the matting, they were pissed at her.
