Landlords Run DNA Testing On Tenants' Dogs To Find Out Who Doesn’t Pick Up The Poop

Recently, TikToker Kallie Slays, whose username is kallieslayed, shared a video of how the management at her apartment complex ran DNA testing on all dogs. When Kallie received the landlord’s announcement, she originally believed it was an April Fool's Day prank and couldn't stop laughing.
As it turns out, a small percentage of residents have not been using the provided pet stations to pick up after their dogs, so the management decides to institute a program known as poo prints to track down those responsible.
"Due to a small percentage of residents that have not been using the provided pet stations to pick up after their dogs, we are instituting a program known as PooPrints. We are unable to keep up with the un-scooped dog waste and are taking immediate corrective action," reads the letter.

The landlords demand residents bring their dogs to the office where they will swab the pets with the provided kit. Once the registration of all pets is complete, any feces found on the property will be submitted for analysis.
"Waste samples will be compared to the cheek swab samples on file and the pet owner who didn't pick up will be fined $350. If the fine is not paid, the rental agreement will be subjected to termination. If you fail to register your pet, you will be fined $150 and risk termination. This is fucking real, dude."
The stakes are high, so Kallie couldn't control her laughter, telling her viewers “THIS IS REAL.” She also added that she didn't own a dog and said she found the whole announcement very weird.
